Patient Admission

When you are admitted to The Jilin Heart Hospital we will do our level best to make you feel very welcomed. You can rest assured that our team of dedicated and competent professionals will be there to take care of you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
To be admitted to the JILIN HEART HOSPITAL - you need:
- A copy of your Passport or ID
- Copies of all your previous relevant medical records

- A copy of your health insurance card as we do provide direct billing contracts for the following insurances:

​- If you are not insured by one of these then we will require a down payment of the expected treatment costs

Patient Services
- Wheelchairs are available from the nursing staff on request
- Every room is designed to provide you with maximum privacy with a fully-equiped bathroom too
- The entire hospital is air-conditioned and regulators in each room allow you to control the temperature
​- An emergency nurse call button is installed in the bathroom to ensure prompt assistance at all times
- All rooms are equipted with a television and satellite transmission 

You can choose your room and additional special services
- We provide a standard room with 2 beds
​- Also available are one-bed rooms, junior suites and grand suites with their own living room section for you and your relatives, although
these will be charged extra per day
- You can choose your own private nurse per day or per night, although this service will be charged extra
​- You can also choose (to be charged to you) your private meals and these will be delivered by the SHERATON catering service.
​- Please let us know of any other extra services you would like during your visit

What you should know - if you are in our hospital  

  Your family, relatives and friends are allowed to visit you at any time. However, during your stay on the ICU(Intensive Care Unit) you are only allowed a max of 2 visitors at any time, only close family members [wife & husband, sons & daughters] should come to visit you here.
